How To Host An Online Meeting Or Presentation – With Teamviewer

The Easy Way:

  1. Go To www.teamviewer.com
  2. Download and install full version of Teamviewer,  and install it.
  3. Click on the meeting tab when Teamviewer opens.
  4. Spontaneous ONLINE meetings require that you  Click on presentation icon and your meeting will begin .
  5. Open whatever you would like to present during the meeting.
  6. To invite participants click on the invite icon in the Teamviewer panel.
  7. A template email with link will be generated with unique meeting icon which you send to participants.
  8. Send link to all participants and a they need to run the file.
  9. When invite participant clicks on link they will be automatically added .
  10. After they run the file the participant will be added, seeing your screen.
  11. Use the chat, HD  Audio and Video Call features to collaborate with participants.
  12. Meetings can be recorded and shared with those who could not attend.
